Harrah's Adoption Services

When we adopted out daughter we had narrowed it down to Harrah's and CCAI. We ultimately went with CCAI and loved them! Can't say anything bad about Harrah's, they seemed great......but we just felt CCAI was right for us. While in China at the consulate, I was told that they loved seeing CCAI families b/c all the paperwork was perfect Good luck in which ever one you choose :)
