Birthmother Relinquishment Papers

If you are a birthmother who relinquished in Nevada, did you know that you have the right to request copies of your relinquishment papers... even today? Nevada Open is organized to lobby the Nevada State Legislature to open birth and adoption records to adult adoptees. One of the arguments that adoption agenices brought forward was: birthmothers were promised anonymity and confidentiality. We are hoping that birthmothers will share their relinquishment papers with us, so that we can prove to the legislature that no such promises were ever made. Please write for your relinqushment docs.
