wife born july 13, 1973

My wife was born July 13, 1973, in Burlington vermont. She was born premature. She was also born with a whole in her heart. She wasn't expected to live. All we know is that her birth parents were 15 or 16 years old. Need to find birth family for updated medical information. Our baby daugther is very sick. Anyone with any information Please help us
