My wife and I have been looking to adopt in Russia, but are considering either Estonia or Lithuania for a couple reasons - 1) we are looking to adopt older children (boys 6-8), siblings if possible, 2) we are a little wary of Russia because it is so large and all the problems that exist.
I know the Baltic states have few children for adoption, but we think adopting older children might make it possible.
Does anyone have an agency they've used to adopt in Estonia or Lithuania?

According to U.S. Embassy, there is only one adoption agency accredited in Estonia at the moment:

I have absolutely no relation to that agency.
Several agencies are accredited in Lithuania.
I believe in each country, a process takes a long time, may take years, and priority is given to families with Estonian or Lithuanian heritage.
Good luck,
Victoria
