ISO BS Born May 23, 1971

I have just recenlty found out that I have a birth sister out there somewhere that I never knew about until now and would love desperately to be able to find her. All I know is that her birth name was Heather May Anderson and she was born on May 23, 1971 at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The birthmother's name would have been Rosemary Ann Anderson and they are pretty sure that the birthfather's name is Carl Anderson. If anyone has any information that could help me in finding out more about her and where she is would be greatly appreciated. I have registered with the Manitoba Registry office back in 2000 but as of today they still haven't been able to locate her and I would love nothing more to know my sister as I went for 33 years thinking I was an only child when in true fact I had a sibling out there.
