MOJ Signature

Has anyone heard of anyone receiving a MOJ signature in 2004? Is there anyone out there under the old laws that is still waiting for a signature. Heck, is there anyone out there that is just waiting on a MOJ signature? If so, how long have you been waiting.

We received our MOJ signature late December (our visit trip was in April), but are now waiting on having our case sent to the courts due to delays over the licensing/accredition of agencys.

You may want to consider contacting the US Embassy in Sofia (phone number is on their web site at: [url]http://www.usembassy.bg/visa/adoption.html[/url])

They cannot intervene in your case, but they can make an inquiry on your behalf as to the status of your case.

Their website states "Our staff can contact the Bulgarian authorities to check on the status of a case only if there is an unreasonable delay in the routine procedures."
