Survey for Birth Mothers

Hello,

I am a student at MacMurray College working on my Bachelor's of Social Work degree. I am currently in a social research class where I am conducting a survey on the view points of birth mothers on factors contributing to a healthy relationship between the birth mom, adoptive parents, and adoptee. The requirements for this survey are

1. you have to be a birth mom

2. the biological child needs to be 10 years or older

3. you have to have had direct face-to-face contact with the adoptee.
