CIS (INS) Processing time in Philadelphia

Does anyone have any information or thoughts about what is going on with the processing times for 171 applications in PA?

I understand the woman who was processing them has retired. We have heard conflicting information about whether a replacement was hired. Also, we have heard conflicting information about how long it is taking for applications to be processed once the home study is received.

I've heard that the woman who retired was replaced in February, and that the new replacement is overwhelmed and processing time is taking at least 8 weeks. Denise
