ISO Son born 11/12/74

Looking for my son born 11/12/74 in Yankton, South Dakota. Adoption took place early 75 in Vermillion, SD. Adoption was through Social Services and was told he was placed in a Catholic home. Was also told he had a brother, also adopted, 3 years older than him. The adoptive parents were middle-aged, middle-income family.
