Newbie here...

Has anyone ever adopted a niece or a nephew? Or do you know of someone who has?

Where can I start finding out the process?

I would appreciate any help.

I would recommend that you go to the Immigration site because they have some comments on family member adoptions. The site is USCIS.gov and there are a number of areas that cover adoption. It will tell you the details for the child being allowed back into the US.

Ensure your attorney or agency understand the immigration laws very well for family members.
