searching for birth mother-born 12/29/68

HI Karen, Is your husbands' name Anthony? I used to know an Anthony Grilli and I think I remember he was adpoted like myself. Anyway, have you contacted CF&S in RI yet? Hi Nancy Anthony Grilli is my husband's cousin! What a small world. He lives in Florida now. Thanks for the tip on contacting CF&S. I hadn't written to them yet. I'm just putting his name & date out to start. I really wasn't sure where to begin. Wish me luck! Thanks!! Karen

Good Morning Karen, WOW, It is a small world, isn't it? Please tell Anthony I said hello and if he's ever in RI again to make sure to look me up. Unless, of course, his situation would not condone that. How is your search going? Have you contacted CF&S yet? I have a direct contact number at home (I'm on my computer at work, shhh) and can get that for you tomorrow if that would help you. They will send you a packet of general infomation of what the records can show. They will also let you know if the birthmom has left any word that she would like to be contacted if a search has been requested. From what I understand the info is very generic but I'm hoping it will answer some of our curious questions, as in what the situation was that our birthmom's could not raise us themselves. I think that's my biggest question. If they search by birthdate, then your husbands records and mine would not be too far behind one another. I was born 1/4/69. Are you located in RI?
