As promised, I'm letting everyone who asked and all those who were wondering about links removed yesterday.
I'm still not 100% clear on the whole situation, but I do know that one of the removed links was indeed broken. I have yet to actually see that site or fully communicate with the moderators to see the whole situation.
There was another link whoch was removed later, probably only because it went un-noticed, that was an outright solicitation for an agency. Links for agencies are not allowed at all and never have been.
If you are not sure about a link you want to post, PM me and I'll give a stamp of approval if needed.
