TWINS (boy and girl) 1967, Macon, GA

I am searching for my half brother and half sister (who are twins). they were born either in Macon, Georgia or close to, in August 66 or 67. B-mom's maiden name is Bonnie Eastman (23 yrs at time of birth). She moved to Georgia from Massachussetts when she became pregnant. She wanted to give her babies a better life with a good family. The twins were born premature and quickly taken from my mother. She named them Patrick and Patricia, though the names may have been changed when the adoption took place. If you know anything, please help. I have been searching for 15 yrs now and hit dead end after dead end.
