I am looking for my birth parents and/or siblings. I was born Feb. 02, 1960 in Beverly Mass. and adopted by Joseph and Marjorie Strong. Unfortunatly I have very little data beyond that and have just started to comb through the records. Any information as to the name and location of my biological parents would be appreciated.

I tried to send an email to Beverly's city clerk, but her mailbox is closed. You should probably get a copies of your amended birth certificate before you start your search - one should be on file in Bevery City Hall, and a different one will be on file in Boston.
The Beverly City Hall # is 1-978-921-6000, Ask to speak to the city clerk's office - then ask her (him) what you need to do (and spend) to get a copy of your birth certificate. Confirm with then that, indeed, there is another copy (that should be the juicy one) on file in Boston.
In terms of Boston - you can order a certified copy from vital records for $44.00 on a credit card. The phone number is 1-617-740-2606. It can be mailed back or faxed. I would have it mailed.
The additional cost of mailing is a henious additional $28.00, but little clues might come from things you see. Faxes can blur.
I am not living in Boston. I am about and hour away. I will try and help you as much as I can.
The bottom line is that you want to be on the phone with someone in the Department of Vital Statistics in Boston to MAKE A FRIEND - be chatty, get their name, ask them how to petition for the orginal birth certificate and birth name. The main number for Vital Stats in Boston is 1-617-740-2600. Ask to speak to the adoption specialist or whatever the state calls it. :)
