Diffenderfer?

I was born on June 30, 1977 in Wilmington, Delaware. My mother or father's last name was Diffenderfer. My current name is Francis Louis Levering. My birth parents were from Juniata County in PA. My mother had me at 14-15 years of age and was sent down to Delaware to have me. My adopted mother's maiden name was Gensemer. If any of these names or situations rings a bell please respond.
