Adopting Filipina wife's kids

I am Filipina and my American husband is planning to adopt my children from my previous marriage. The kids are staying with my parent's house and we are here in Thailand right now where he is working.

We're at lost, can you please help us where to start?:confused: :confused:

I would probably contact the DSWD and/or the ICAB in Manila, and they could tell you exactly what you'd need to do. ICAB's website is skyinet.net . I don't have any information on a phone number or address of the DSWD, but ICAB might! Good luck!!
