Searching for my brother who was adopted ...Uniontown PA

I am searching for my brother whose birth name is Donald Eugene Minerd. He was born in the Uniontown Hospital but not adopted till he was one or two..not sure...the year is 1973 or 1974 he was born. I was also adopted as a baby but by my aunt so I also know our mother and father....last name was Serenari...mother and Minerd...father. I would appreciate anyone with information about him to please contact me. He has alot of family that sadly regret the past and what has happened and wish him to know he is loved.
