I was also adopted through LSS, in 1960. I have been in reunion since 1992. Even if you were adopted through LSS, you have to apply to the state first. You can contact the State of Wisconsin Dept. Of Health & Family Services at 608-266-7163 to obtain the proper forms. There are nominal fees, and if you qualify you may be eligible for a fee reduction. I hope you find this helpful. Good Luck!
