Looking for information about a baby born 2/3/55 in Chelsea

My mother was adopted and I'm looking for information on her birth parents for medical history reasons. My mother's name at birth was Brenda Rose Henderson and she was born in Chelsea Massachusetts on the third of February in 1955. I don't know the hospital name or anything other than her birth name and where she was born. If anyone can help, I thank you.
