ISO half brother born in New Haven, CT 1964 or 1965..michael?

I'm in search of my half brother connected to me by my father. My father was 19 when he was concieved. I don't have much info. except for the following... -Half brothers name very well could be Michael and his mothers name might be Carol. -He might have been adopted in Ct. -Born in New Haven, Ct. -Born in 1964 or 1965 My half brother might have contacted his biological father (my father as well) at some point in his life but decided not pursure a relationship with him. I would just like my brother to know that I am existant and that hes got two other sisters. I don't have too much to go by, only bits and pieces that my mother has told me. My father was born in New Haven, Ct and I have all of his info, if it will help search in some way... so if by some chance, a needle in a haystack...someone out there is reading this and has even the slightest lead...contact me.
