are u a male, born in 1950 or 1951?

I am looking for my brother who was born in 1950 or 1951. I think his name was Richard at the time of his birth. I also believe he was taken to Connecticutt to live after his birth. If any of this sounds famillar, please leave a reply here. Thank You, Karen:D
