While I have long wanted to know more about my bFamily's medical history and such, and would appreciate such, I have never felt that I have the right to ask for any kind of reunion with my bMother. If anything, I would agree to meet if she desired it. I do, however, want to thank her for having me, for giving me the chance. I have a daughter of my own now, and cannot imagine how difficult it had to have been to take me to term and give me up. I have no idea what the circumstances were surrounding my creation and birth, but I cannot believe that they were happy ones. I will be grateful for the rest of my life, and would like her to know that. Thank you. Also, to the kind woman who took me on as a foster child, and who gave my parents all the accoutrements she had amassed for my care as she was too distraught at my leaving to foster again: Thank you.
I ended up in a loving, lovely family, and have had as happy a life as one could ever wish for. I hope that you have been as lucky as I have; if karma is a true thing, if one reaps what one sows, then you both - my first 2 mothers - have all the luck in the world coming to you for the albeit unknown effects you have had on my life. Thank you again, and please feel free to contact me, should you honestly wish to, for your benefit and not mine. I can ask for no more than that which you have already given. :)
Namaste,
Kristin
