recent law change in Albania

I read recently on the Bethany Christian Services website (under their section called 'Issue') that the Albanian authorities have updated a law that once required children from that country to remain on an active list in country for 12months before paperwork could be presented to the courts allowing them to be adopted internationally. That waiting time has now been shortened to 3 months:) So there may potentially be younger children available to the program.
