Does anyone know if you have to have a set of FBI fingerprints in addition to the set from INS(from I171H letter) and the SBI(or local )fingerprints to finish the new requirements for Bulgarian adoptions?

yes you do for FBI clearance. You can go to their site and print the forms, and have it done at the local police office

Ok,
Now I would like to know anyones recent experience with turnaround times when they sent off their prints to WV for FBI clearance.

We sent ours in and they received them on June 11th and I got them back today June 29th. They told me to put in the attention spot "International Adoption". They usually take 4-5 weeks, but they said they hurry for adoptions. If you call them and beg, like I did, they will hurry it through. PM me if you want the direct number to the supervisor there.

We got our fingerptints yesterday. They have 2 copies. Does anyone know how to proceed with them? Do we need to apostille 2 for each parent or one of them is just a receipt?

I was required to send just one original fingerprint card, with attached notarized/apostilled letter, as part of my dossier to Bulgaria - but, maybe check with your agency for accuracy.

Sent it to WV on June 9th.
They said they recieved it June 29th and processed it same day.
Got it in the mail July 3rd.
