Searching for Joleen or Kara MacKenzie Born January 1977

My name is Lynn and I am looking for my little sister. She was called Joleen at birth, but her name may have been changed to Kara. MacKenzie was her birth name, and I believe she was adopted into a different MacKenzie family at the age of about 3. We were separated into different families at that time. She was born either January 18, or 19, 1977 and she lived the first part of her life in Sydney, Cape Breton. I believe her adoptive father's name is John. She is missed.
