Recommendations for agencies in MD

Hi all, We're an AA family in Prince George's, MD. We would like to adopt an AA infant and have begun looking into agencies. Are there any agencies in MD that you recommend, especially with reasonable fees? We are very concerned about the costs we see on websites. While we make good money, we are finding it difficult to see how we will be able to afford all the expenses of parenthood if we have to deplete our savings and get a loan on top of that to be able to afford all the expenses of parenthood.
