I just turned 18 on April 9th of this year and I am now looking to get in touch with my birth mother. I was born in VA, but I live in MD and was told that she, at the time of my birth, was also a MD resident. All I know is that her name is Karen. If you have any information or any advice for me on starting my search, please respond.
