There's a National RegDay that is getting geared up for October (?).
Apparently, this is the 10th year that they've had one (I've never heard of it) But this is a way for people to find out about the ISRR and adoption rights.

There's helpful hints on the website on how to secure a site, information / handouts needed, asking for a governor's proclamation, etc.
So far no one has signed up for MN yet. I'm interested in setting up a booth at MOA. Is anyone else interested?
