Born 10-07-63 -Bishop- Charleston,SC(Army Depot)

I am searching for my birth mother. I was born 10-07-63 at the Medical College Hospital of Charleston, SC. My birthmother's last name was Bishop. She is from Greensboro, NC and was 19 at the time of my birth. I really need updated medical info., in order to pass on important medical knowledge to my 2 daughters, as well as myself. How can I get hold of the roster of Army members from 1963 at the Charleston Army Depot?!
