Looking for info to little brother.

I am looking for information regarding my little brother Alec. Andre.Colon he was born around July 3rd, 2003 my mother was visiting Las Vegas and left him in the hospital while thry were on the way back my mother died. He was said to have a problem for they were both doing drugs. I am wondering if their is anyone who has info about his wereabouts and for the state not to give him to his father, I would like to get in touch with him, Please if any are helpful thank you.
