daughter looking for birth parents

I am looking for my birth parents or any relative. I was born November 12, 1966, at Women's College Hospital in Toronto. My name at birth was Darlene Taylor, my birth father's name is Clayton and my birth mom's name is Elizabeth. I know my birth father was living in Barrie, Ontario, and my birth mom is in Rexdale, Ontario. If any one has any information please let me know.:p
