Does the birth index show the details of the birth? (parent's names and city and time of birth) I looked at the birth index and the information I see is the birth name and birth date and sex.

I am listed on the index under my birth name and my adopted name. So are my a-mom's twins she placed...lol

You wanted to find out if the birthfathers name is on the birth certificate of the child you adopted?
If thats the case, then there is no way...
If there is no adoption involved, then just order a copy of the cert.

I think I maybe possibly know,( and am not 100% sure)the birthmother's name. The birthmother has a sister about 18 years younger than her. I wanted to ccomapre birth certificates to see if both had the same father....and that would mean, likely, I have found the right name I am looking for.
