ISO medical history

I am in need of my medical history. The adoption agency has very little and the hospital I was born in burned down. I was born 6-10-78, In Thornton, CO at Thornton Hospital. My mother was 13 at the time of my birth and my father 15. I was adopted through Luthern Social services, at about 4 weeks old. If anyone can help me with anything please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.
