Me and my wife just got married on Friday, August 20th. Now I want to adopt my daughter. My wife changed her name on her birth cert, Social, ect., and has all legal rights. So now I need some steps on what I can do.

Well to get started just call your local Superior Court Office and ask them who to contact in regards to step parent adoption. They should lead you to the people who can answer questions on the process and give the petition for adoption form, once you turn that in that will get the ball rolling.
