I am looking for legal adoption papers for Michigan. My neice's friend is 6 months pregnant and her and her boyfriend do not want the baby. She already aborted one and now is pregnant again. She was planning on giving it up for adoption until she heard that I have been trying for 10 years to have a baby. She asked me if I wanted the baby. If anyone has any legally binding adoption papers for Michigan I would greatly appreciate it.

You need to contact an adoption Attorney in your area. You'll need to find out what else will be required for you to adopt, like a homestudy, background check and parenting classes.
