Looking for my older half brother, born to Donna Jean Dakin, a native of Wisconsin. She was 17. Father's name was Mike, and was an x-ray technician...also from Wisconsin. Mother had blond hair, hazel eyes, and was about 5'8" She was of Lutheran faith at time of child's birth. The baby was delivered by a Dr. McCune and was later placed by VOA. Do you know if your brother had a twin that died at birth? My brother and I are both adopted. I found my birth mom, am looking for his. He was born 12-23-68, I think his mom and dad married briefly. I know he was a twin.
