Sa SadieAnn September 24, 2004 Hubby & I are being considered for adopting a 3 1/2 yr old from Iowa. We live out of state. We are told parents rights are terminated already by state. Question is: "is that it?" Is there anyway these parents can come back and reclaim rights? Like Report Share
