iso birth 1/2 bro, donald(adopted name) his adopted sis is looking for her birth fam

donald(12/19/67) with italian surname? his adopted sister is also looking for her birth fam in RI (providence area?)... catholic italian family in RI , adoped parents married in 1963...donald has not contacted agency but his sister has to locate her parents...i am donald's 1/2 sis....please help...the catholic social services cannot give me any more info...only non-identifying...
