Looking to adopt an AA/biracial Baby in Texas

Hi- My partner and I have just started the adoption journey. We are currently collecting information and trying to resist the urge to simply fill out the first application we find and start the process as soon as possible. We are looking to adopt an AA or biracial baby and are asking for any referrals or recommendations that we can get. We have narrowed our list down to about 5 agencies, but the price range and service range is vast! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We are very eager to decrease our waiting time as much as possible! Thank you so much!
