Looking for Birth Mother. Born 11/24/59 in PA

HI, I am looking for my birth mother. I was born in Jamison Hospital, in New Castle, PA 11/24/1959 and adoped as an infant. My adoption papers say my birth mothers name is Frances McMasters and she was 27 at the time of my birth. I was handed over to the probation department when I was born and my adoption was handled by Catholic Charities. I am just starting to search and this is all the information that I have. I have always had a feeling that my birth date is incorrect. Where should I go from here? Thanks! KathyC2
