this is probably about the time that my brother was born (sometime around this time) but i know that he was born in Perry, Oklahoma--or I believe that he was. I know my mother lived with someone there and gave birth to him and therefore he was adopted by this family. I have no names or anything--only that I believe that he was born in Perry. you can call newspapers in Little Rock and ask that birth announcements listed in the paper along about this time be sent to you. I think they charge a minimal fee for this. I have been struggling to find any info on my brother but have run into nothing but brick walls. Was your friend ever living in Oklahoma? elaine, have you checked with dhs to see if anyone has tried to search for you.how about your a-grandmother or a- mother will they not tell you anything. they should have her name if your granddmother arranged it.i do not live in little but you need to find a search angel for there and let them assist. just type in arkansas search angels and the names shoould pop up. good luck. i am wondering if you contactedd dhs they may also assist you if your a-parents have passed on.
