Can We continue...

ok... we are in the process of investigaton as we speak.

But my DH and I are separated at the moment. We are all wanting the adoption to continue so my DH will be Ds's dad. WIll us being separated cause alot of problems?

Any advice would be valuable and appreciated. Thank You all!

Well I am no lawyer, so I don't really know. But when they look at your family they are looking at stability. If I were you I would get back together and at least get into some counsiling or something. Until the adoption is final at least.
