ISO birth family from CT?

I am helping my brother locate his bio-family. He was born March 25th,1963. in CT at Manchester hospital. Adopted at birth. Not sure that his family was from CT. Unidentifying info says he had 4or5 additional 1/2 siblings, mother was married, but not to his Father. Thanks
