i adopted my daughter april 8, 1968. deborah miller was born in Pa. in Delaware County on Oct. 4, 1966. She had a medical problem in her throat and was placed into foster care until the problem resolved itself and then she was released for adoption. we used the state services to adopt her and the court was in Media, Pa. Debbie has some bone medical problems and we are searching for her birth mother to get some medical history. we understand that her mother took Dilantin medication and had no prenatal care and was 15 years old when she gave birth. also, we were told that she was Pa. dutch maybe Amish. If anyone has any information we would appreciate it very much. thanks
