I am looking for my birth father Anthony(Tony) Nicholis. He served in the Navy and was stationed in Kingsville, Texas in 1981. I don't have much more info on him but think that the fact that he has military records out there may be helpful. If anyone has experience in this area, I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
