looking for my cousin

I am looking for a white male born in New Hampshire. I think he may have been born between 11/16/1970 and 8/18/1971. He may have been adopted by his paternal grandparents. He may still have contact with his father and I think his fathers name may have been Jeff but not sure. Not looking to disrupt life just wondering how you are and if your happy.
