North Korean Adoptions

I am eager to learn more from anyone who has adopted through any refugee programs out of Chine or South Korea for a Northern Korean child. The country is closed to adoption but I know there are refugee programs outside of North Korea. I took a glance at the different thread on the forum and can't seem to find the international link.
