It can be very frustrating waiting on the INS. I don't know if your agecny operates this way, but ours sent our dossier to colombia before we had our 171-H from the INS. Our 171 went to colombia about 2 months after the rest of our dossier. If your agency can do that, it might give you a little bit of a head start.
