I was born July 10, 1967 in Edmonton at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. My name at time of birth was Nicholas Dean Crawford. I have all of my adoption records provided to me by the Province of Alberta so I have full details of my birth mother, reason why I was given up etc. I'm posting here in the hope she or a relative sees this and wants to get in touch.
