searching for my brother 6-23-66 he was born in buffalo or batavia ny

my brother was givin up against my moms will.she dreams about him all the time.i would like to find him for her.all i know is he was born june 23,1966 in either buffalo or batavia.she would not give them any information about the birth father.

My friend was born (he thinks) 6/16/66 and adopted through Catholic Charities in Ogdensburg. He's not sure where he was actually born but, for some reason, thought Watertown. Email me if you want to exchange further info (I don't have a lot). Thanks.
